Below in the pictures there are examples of surface structures of pressed sheets in the 2WL, 5WL, 6WL pattern, made on a mirror and matt base. It is possible to make such sheets in basic stainless and acid-resistant grades AISI 430 / EN 1.4016, AISI 304 / EN 1.4301, AISI 316L / EN 1.4401

This type of material is used very often in the industry of passenger lift manufacturers as well as in the range of shop equipment (e.g. cash boxes). Many manufacturers of the furniture industry use stainless steel sheets with a special finish in their production:

• stainless steel sheet linen / canvas
• stainless steel sheet with finish leather
• polished or brushed stainless steel sheets, as well as combinations of these two technologies – “Duplo” (sanded and additionally brushed)

Polished stainless steel sheets come in different varieties due to the type of cut – less grainy – cut 120, and with finer grain – cut 240 / cut 4N, cut 320, cut 400, cut 600 and others.
Corrugated and perforated stainless steel sheets are used for the production of structures and devices that require additional functionality. For example, corrugated stainless steel sheets have good anti-slip properties and are used in the production of platforms, ladders, gratings, which facilitate and secure safety when going up and down. But the application of perforated sheet is construction, architecture, working space of silos and tanks.

5WL	A pattern that repeats five times along the length and width of the embossed surface. This pattern is commonly used in various decorative applications, giving the surface an elegant, regular appearance.
5WL-2R	5WL with two bumps on one side, creating an additional visual effect.
5WL-GLAS BEAD	5WL with additional small bumps resembling the texture of glass beads.
6WL	Similar to 5WL, but the pattern repeats six times along the length and width, creating a denser structure.
6WL – R	6WL with additional bumps (R) in selected areas, adding extra texture to the surface.
7WL	Repeating seven times along the length and width, creating a denser pattern than 5WL and 6WL. This can give the surface a more complex appearance and texture.
7WL – R	7WL with additional bumps (R) in selected areas, adding texture to the surface.
7WL-2R	7WL with two bumps on one side, similar to 5WL-2R but with greater density.
DIAMONDS-R	Embossed surface imitating a diamond pattern, with additional bumps (R) in selected areas.
LINEN	Pattern imitating the texture of linen fabric, giving the surface a linen-like texture.
LINEN VERTICAL	Similar to LINEN, but the pattern is oriented vertically.
LINEN WITHOUT THREAD	Pattern imitating the texture of linen fabric without visible threads.
LASER	Embossed surface created with a laser, providing precise and sharp patterns.
SQUARE	Embossed surface with square bumps, creating a grid pattern.
LEATHER	Pattern imitating the texture of leather.
WATERFALL	Pattern imitating a waterfall, with bumps arranged asymmetrically.
BARK	Pattern imitating the texture of tree bark.
CRYSTAL	Pattern imitating the structure of crystal or ice, with distinct bumps.
FROST-WORK	Similar to CRYSTAL, but with finer, less pronounced bumps.
RAINDROPS	Pattern imitating raindrops on the surface, with bumps unevenly distributed.
SNAKE	Pattern imitating snake skin, with characteristic wavy bumps.
GROOVE	Surface with grooves.
GROOVE -R	GROOVE with additional bumps.
RHOMB	Pattern with rhomboidal bumps.
RHOMB -R	Similar to RHOMB, but with additional bumps (R) in selected areas.
PEARLS	Pattern imitating the structure of pearls, with small spherical bumps.
AUSTENITE	Pattern imitating the austenitic structure.
FINE GRAIN	Surface with fine bumps.
CIRCLE	Pattern with circular bumps, forming a pattern of circles.
MIRROR POLISHED	Surface polished to a mirror-like shine, without visible embossing.
5WL KS	5WL with additional bumps providing anti-slip properties.
TETRA	Pattern with triangular bumps, forming a pattern of diamonds.
SQUARE S	Similar to SQUARE, but with symmetrical bumps.
5WL S	5WL with symmetrical bumps.
CROSS	Pattern with intersecting lines, forming a cross pattern.
RHOMB S	Similar to RHOMB, but with symmetrical bumps.
MANDORLA	Pattern shaped like an almond, with bumps arranged in circular shapes.
GRINDED	Surface subjected to grinding, giving it a matte appearance and uniform texture.
